Staff Sergeant Bea “Mic” Michaels is the leader of Steel Corps, a top secret special operations group. Located in the Appalachian Mountains of rural Pennsylvania, the follow the direct orders of the President and Department of Defense. The team is comprised of the finest men from the American armed forces, taken from each branch. They each exhibit a unique skill set; from explosive ordinance, medical training, and of course combat.

A new mission is coming down that requires a new recruit to be added to the team. Corporal Chris Jordon is delivered to the remote compound and must be quickly trained. Mic finds herself drawn to him, though she refuses to give in. The mission and her men come first. Always.

Travelling to Colombia, their mission is further complicated by the addition of a rescue. An informant for MI-6 has been undercover with the Fernando cartel for almost a year and his time is up. It’s their one and only chance to take down both the cartel and the mysterious gun-runner known only as The Frenchie.

Trouble finds them, even at home. Mic must use every ounce of determination she possesses to save both her team, and herself.
